Return Policy Please read carefully
Please contact us prior to returning any items.
All returned items must first be approved by Ruffdog before the customer ships it back within 7 days of receiving.
***We do not refund cash***
Credits or refunds are issued within 7 days upon receiving your return and/or upon inspection of the products returned. Products returned must be in re-sellable condition.
If we receive soiled or damaged products we will not offer any exchange or refund. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item once again back to them.
We understand our customers like to purchase Christmas Gifts early so we will extend our return policy dates to January 7 for any items purchased from Nov 25 to Dec 31.
Shipping costs to return an item purchased from Ruffdog is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If you receive a defective electronic collar and need to return it we do not pay for shipping costs.
All products returned must include a proof of purchase, original packaging, and all the contents to be in acceptable condition, in other words "like-new and re-sellable" for a full refund.
Ruffdog is not responsible for items that are lost during transit when being returned therefore we recommend the purchaser ship with a tracking service and insurance.

Refunds for Electronic collars or NoBark Collars will only be issued on defective products, we will not cover the costs of shipping it back.
