The command COME is the most important command for your dog's safety. It is so important that we decided to format group classes just around this command. The command Come is not just an obedience command but essentially a 'life rule'.
Is it important for your dog to Sit or Down when asked? The answer is Yes but it is imperative and safe for your dog and everyone else involved that your dog responds to COME when called.
Over a 4 week period you will learn the fundamental basics in teaching your dog how to come fast when called even under distraction! You will have the opportunity to practice your on leash skills while preparing your dog for off leash COME
We will teach you how to teach your dog to react to this command quickly and happily. Sounds too good to be true? Join us for a very informative and important lesson in life rules; Come When Called.
This class will be taught on leash preparing you and your dog for the next level COME When Called Off Leash. Off leash Obedience Training is taught in a private lesson format. We encourage you to book a package of lessons to clearly learn how to fairly use a remote training collar on your dog to teach your dog off leash control with clarity.

Recommended for puppies and dogs 10+ months old (some exceptions apply)

- Balanced training approach: positive and negative markers, application of negative reinforcement, praise and using tone of voice for emotion training, positive reinforcement through treats and play, play and life rules
- Focus on COME when called foundation basic training and under distraction.
- All puppies must have proof of 3 vaccinations including Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza (we require a scan as proof upon the time of payment and booking)
- Bring: a 6 and 15 foot leash with or without handle, collar (martingale or strong flat collar) We may recommend a prong collar based on your dog's age and temperament, bring your dog's favorite toy and treats (enough for 2 meals)
- Bring your dog hungry and ready to engage for their food! If your dog is low food drive or easily distracted plan to skip one meal before this class to ensure your puppy is motivated to COME when called!
