Ruffdog Sports will warranty products purchased from our store within a 30 day period against any manufacturer's defects.
*** SOME RESTRICTIONS APPLY:
All manufacturing defects must be approved by the manufacturer prior to any credits or refunds being supplied to the customer.
AlL approved defective items will receive a refund for the item only NO SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED
Shipping cost of the replacement product is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
All defective products must be approved by Ruffdog Sports before being warrantied with a replacement product, refund or in store credit.
Please contact us before you return any defective product.
** All electronic items including but not limited to electronic collars, treadmills, ball-up ejectors, and ball droppers may need to be returned to the manufacturer for servicing or repair.
Ruffdog Sports will not be responsible for any shipping costs related to shipping defective items back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement
