Bought this for holding my treats, toy, phone, keys, etc. when we train agility. Very happy with all the pockets & the vest is a good-quality material. Sizing down is a good idea—I'm usually a medium and I ordered an XS. Fits well.

One of the easier and light weight training vest for sure and easy to clean pocket prevents crumbs getting stuck inside the deep pockets love this vest would recommend

The quality of the vest is amazing, but functionally it is perfect. Back pocket expands to hold larger tugs but has snaps to keep smaller balls. 4 zippered areas to keep stuff you do not want falling out (my keys and articles). It's not too hot either in heat like some vests are. Just great quality vest.
