Dog Training Cancellation & Refund Policies

Group Classes or Workshops Payment & Cancellation policies: A  full payment  is required at the time of booking to hold your spot. We require 7 days notice for a full refund. If you cancel with 6-2 days notice we reserve the right to withhold 50% of your payment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will not be refunded and your spot will be sold to someone else 

Packages: Packages are designed to save you money and save us time! If you decide to cancel a package before it is completed you are entitled to a refund at the drop in rate. All the lessons you had will be charged at the Drop In rate and you will be refunded the remainder

Board & Train Payment and Cancellation Policies:  A $500 refundable deposit is required to officially book your 2-4 week board and train time slot for your dog. (cancellation notice must be given 7 days in advance of the drop off day (Day 1) to qualify for a full refund of your $500- deposit)

2 Week Board and Train: After we have received your deposit we will book your dog's time slot. Full payment for your dog's two week Board and Train is due 48 hours in advance of drop off. This payment is non-refundable.

4 Week Board and Train: After we have received your $500 deposit we will book the time for your dog's Board and Train. The remaining funds to pay for the first half of your dog's board and train balance is due 48 hours in advance of your dog's drop off day. The remainder owing must be paid in full before the second half of your dogs program begins. We require 7 days notice to cancel boarding with a full refund. If you do not give the required notice you forfeit your deposit and first half funds. During holiday weeks, we require 14 days notice to cancel boarding, otherwise you forfeit your deposit. Please understand that our time and space is limited, no exceptions to our boarding policy will be made.


Private Lesson Cancellation Policy:  We require at least 24 hours notice by text message to your trainers phone to cancel your time slot and reschedule it without forfeiting your lesson. The rescheduled lesson venue will be at the discretion of the instructor.
