Perfect product with perfect service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size so I emailed the company to change my order for a bigger size. I was given great service by phone. The lady I spoke to wanted to add some extra links to my order instead of making another order and paying shipping twice. Unfortunately, the extra links were sold out so we switched the 2.25mm collar for a 3.2. It is perfect. I removed a few links and it fits perfectly, is easy to open and close. Great quality, just as I was told. Thank you, I will be ordering from you again, should I ever need a new prong collar.
