Sprenger Stainless Steel Ultra Plus Prong, swivel ring

Nothing beats a herm Sprenger prong collar to help teach a dog to stop leash pulling. This is as advertised. The classic collar at a good price. Fit my spaniel pup at 12lbs (with the minimum number of links) with lots of extra links for when he grows a bit.

My pup is still very young(5 months), and we have gone to a professional working dog trainer that has experience with the Mal breed. I was very hesitant on using a prong collar so young but he was still very reactive in a lot of situations and pulling hard 30% of the time during walks. With a slow and careful introduction of this Prong collar we have seen a HUGE improvement. We only need 2 fingers on the leash now, we can go for much longer walks now and everyone is happy. Very happy with this collar. I was unsure what to purchase and Christine was extremely supportive in helping me choose the correct one for my dog. I was hesitant to purchase a prong collar because of the look of it, but her knowledge and expertise was exactly right. It has been the best collar to work with my dog. The dog adjusted quickly without me having to hardly pull at all. The collar is well built, slides on and off easily, and is extremely durable. I would definitely purchase again although I think this collar will last forever!
